Job summary

VP Recruit is seeking reliable Warehouse - Pick Packing / Labourer roles across Western Sydney and Sydney Metro. This casual, long-term opportunity covers day and night shifts in busy warehouse environments.

You will operate forklifts (license required if available), perform pick packing and stock receipting, and help maintain organised stock levels and safe working areas across multiple sites. Competitive pay and weekly payroll are offered, with ABN/TFN payment options and ongoing opportunities

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is mandatory.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and be trained across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely (if licensed).
• Pick, packing and receipting of stock.
• Maintain stock levels of products and packaging materials.
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with site supervisors and teams.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
