Journey Supports is seeking a Complex Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our Brunswick East team in Melbourne. This specialist OT role focuses on recovery in everyday life for adults and youths with complex mental health and forensic presentations, with clinical supervision and senior practitioner support.

You will assess functioning, write FCAs and NDIS evidence, deliver goal-directed interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ OT experience, including adult mental health or psychosocial disability.
• Experience writing FCAs or NDIS evidence reports.
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and a driver’s licence.

Responsabilidades

• Assess functioning using COPM, WHODAS, DASS-21 and other standardised measures.
• Write Functional Capacity Assessments, SIL/SDA evidence and NDIS progress reports.
• Deliver goal-directed intervention, including daily living skills, routines, CBT-informed strategies and social skills.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, treating mental health teams, Support Coordinators and justice stakeholders.
• Manage your caseload within participant funding and approved hours.
