Job summary

Boral Limited in Rockhampton is seeking a Spray Seal Foreman to lead our asphalt crews across the Rockhampton region. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and delivering spray seal projects efficiently and to specification, while mentoring your team to perform at their best.

You will run daily prestart meetings, maintain site records, and collaborate with the Allens Asphalt team to improve methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt or civil construction.
• Spray Sealing knowledge encouraged.
• Strong commitment to safety and environment with customer focus.
• Computer skills to use daily management systems.
• Team player in a highly motivated environment.
• Driver license and white card essential.

• Demonstrate the ability & knowledge of spray sealing applications.

What are we looking for?

• Previous industry experience – Asphalt or Civil construction
• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Spray Sealing will be highly regarded
• A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
• Computer skills to utilize daily management systems
• An attitude and commitment that will fit a highly motivated team environment
• Driver License and white card essential
