Job summary

Harwell Consulting is seeking a Foreman/Supervisor for a western Brisbane education project scheduled to start Stage 2 in early 2027. You will work under an experienced Site Manager, gaining hands-on mentorship and a direct pathway into Site Management.

The role covers full trade cycle supervision across two 3-storey education buildings, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a strong emphasis on quality, safety and timely delivery on mid-tier projects.

Qualifications

• Three years as a Foreman or Supervisor on education or commercial projects.
• Structural background and working knowledge of building codes and methodologies.
• Track record managing quality, safety, cost and time on mid-tier projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise full trade cycle on two 3-storey education buildings.
• Work under an experienced Site Manager and learn from him.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and methodologies, and manage delivery timelines.

Stage 1 was a success, now they're back for Stage 2.

A privately owned mid-tier builder has just been re-engaged to deliver stage two of an Education project. You will work under a very experienced Site Manager who will teach you what he knows, and the business has already flagged this as a direct path into Site Management.

This is western Brisbane, so the commute from the coast will wear you down if you are based too far north or east.
