Job summary

Davidson, in partnership with a Queensland Government organisation, is seeking a Workforce Planner in Brisbane to align workforce capacity with forecasts, availability, and service delivery targets. You will develop and optimise workforce schedules and planning strategies, monitor workloads and service levels, and adjust plans to support operational performance and customer outcomes.

• Experience in workforce planning, scheduling or similar operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Ability to support delivery of programs and services through resource management.

• Monitoring capacity, workloads and service levels and responding to changing requirements.
