Job summary

Talent Focus is seeking a Passionate and Innovative Food Technologist to join a leader in Key Functional Food Ingredients in Sydney. This role focuses on NPD through functional ingredients and applications within a dynamic team.

You will support Food Innovation initiatives for Key Accounts and collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations and Sales & Marketing. Development of new products and improvements to current products will be core duties, along with SOP development and packaging innovations.

Qualifications

• A tertiary degree in Food Technology/Science or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 to 3+ years in the food industry with knowledge of product development, processing, quality programs and packaging innovation.
• Must be creative, yet practical.
• Ability to interpret and apply Key Functional Ingredients/Formulation and Application for Key Accounts.
• Ability to drive projects to timely conclusions and prepare concise reports with action recommendations and full justification.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizing, leading and controlling skills.
