Job summary

Southern Cross Care is seeking a Food Service Assistant for a permanent part-time role. You will support high-quality catering for residents, assist with food prep, meal service, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment while following food safety standards.

• Experience in food handling or kitchen roles preferred

Permanent Part Time

31 Hours per fortnight

• Week 1; Tuesday - 4.30pm to 8.00pm; Friday - 7.30am to 2.00pm
• Week 2; Friday - 7.30am to 2.00pm; Saturday - 4.30pm to 8.00pm

About the role

As a Food Service Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality catering services to our residents. Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
