Job summary

Homestyle Aged Care group seeks a Kitchen Assistant/Cook at Kensington Grange in Leopold, VIC to prepare delicious and healthy meals for residents as part of a supportive team.

You will report to the Chef Manager, work fixed 7:00-13:30 shifts in Weeks 1 and 2, and benefit from uniform and shift allowances, plus access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Food Handling Certificate HLTFSE001 valid in VIC.
• Current and valid police check.
• Vaccination certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents in a timely, hygienic manner.
• Work as part of a friendly kitchen team under the Chef Manager.
• Uphold food safety, portion control, and quality standards.
