Job summary

Ramsay is seeking a motivated team member for food service roles. You will prepare and deliver meals and beverages, assist with plating and larder duties, and maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment in line with Australian food safety standards.

The role requires reliability, strong organisation, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting, with flexible shifts including early starts and weekends. Customer care and teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including early starts and weekends
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver meals, food, and beverages with efficiency, care, and attention to presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation, meal plating, and cold larder duties while maintaining quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace at all times, adhering strictly to food safety protocols and Australian food handling regulations
• Assist in monitoring and recording Food Safety Program (FSP) requirements, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and receipt of goods documentation
• Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties to maintain sanitation standards and support kitchen operations
• Support the catering team in setup and breakdown of service areas, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly organized and stored
