Job summary

APG Workforce is seeking a reliable Cleaner based in Pendle Hill for a busy poultry production facility. You will clean production areas, offices, bathrooms, car parks and general site areas in a food production environment, following strict hygiene and safety procedures.

The role is Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00am, with ongoing work and a starting pay rate of $32.81/hr plus shift loadings. A current driver’s licence and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial cleaning experience.
• Experience around raw chicken and within a food production environment.
• Physically fit for a labour-intensive role.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of Work Health & Safety.
• Able to follow instructions and strict hygiene procedures.

Based in Pendle Hill, we are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to assist with cleaning and maintaining a busy poultry production facility.

Pay Rate: Starting from $32.81/hr + shift loadings

The Role

Our client is a leading manufacturer of quality poultry products for the food service and retail markets.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various areas of the site, including:

• Office areas
• Production areas where raw chicken will be present
• Male and female bathrooms
• Car parks
• General site areas

The role involves working in a food production environment and requires a strong understanding of hygiene, safety and cleaning procedures.
