Job summary

BioGiene is seeking dedicated Industrial Cleaners to join our team at our fresh produce factory in Smeaton Grange, NSW. You will perform cleaning of production areas, ensuring a sanitary environment and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements include an immediate start, ability to work night shifts (11.30pm–5.30am), and own transport. Site is refrigerated at 3–5 degrees; training provided and opportunities for advancement may exist.

Qualifications

• Immediates start available.
• Experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in a fresh produce food processing factory.
• Ability to work night shift, Monday to Saturday.
• Shift times 11:30pm - 5:30am when required.
• Site refrigerated at 3-5 degrees.
• Must have own car and be able to get to work daily.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Paid as per the Cleaning Services Award MA00022.
• Adequate training provided.
• Opportunity for advancement to leading hand or 2IC for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

• IMMEDIATE start


• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in a fresh produce food processing factory setting. (Preferred but not required)


• Ability to work night shift, Monday to Saturday (if/ when required)


• Shift times will when required 11.30pm - 5.30am


• This site is refrigerated at 3-5 degrees


• MUST have own car and able to get to work each day


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards


• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.


• Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.


• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


• Paid as per the Cleaning Services Award "MA00022".
