Job summary

The Cordina Group in New South Wales, Sydney, is seeking a hands-on team member for our poultry processing facility. You will handle raw chicken, operate pallet jacks, and work in cold environments, following GMP requirements and safety rules.

The role suits someone physically fit, reliable, with good communication and teamwork, and full Australian working rights. Training will be provided, and you’ll join a respected, customer-focused company.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding role requiring lifting 5kg-18kg and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle and pack raw chicken meat products.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as required.
• Follow GMP requirements and maintain high personal hygiene.

Requirements of the role include, but are not limited to;

• The ability to constantly lift, push and pull light to heavy objects
• Be a quick learner and work in multiple sections of the facility
• Work in Cold environments
• Handling and packing of raw chicken meat products
• Competently comply with strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
• Work at a fast pace to meet the operational requirements of the business
• The ability to understand and comprehend clear instructions
• Work safely at all times with on-the-job training provided
• Physically fit and repetitively lift 5kg- 18kg
• The use of Electric Pallet Jacks
• The use of Manual Pallet Jacks
