Job summary

Top Cut Foods is seeking a Labourer to join our production team at our Ormeau location. The role requires physical fitness, reliable transport, and the ability to work as part of a team in a cold environment.

You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, weighing and mixing to spec, adhering to HACCP and safety standards, and maintaining a clean workspace. Immediate start offered with overtime penalties and uniforms provided. Experience in machine operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and ability to follow written recipes.
• Understanding of HACCP and safe food handling.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Own reliable transport.
• Physically capable of lifting 15–30 kg repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to specification.
