Job summary

Leda Nutrition on the Gold Coast (Luscombe) seeks motivated process line workers to join our gluten-free biscuit production team. You will pack biscuits from a moving conveyor, visually inspect quality and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Casual day shift 6am–4pm (10hr shifts) with about 3 shifts per week, or full-time casual night shift cleaning 4pm–12am Mon–Thu and 10am–6pm on Fridays. Previous line-work experience is essential; reliable transport required.

• Previous experience on a production line in a food environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Reliable transport to Luscombe.

Responsibilities

• Pack biscuits into trays from a moving conveyor belt.
• Visually check quality of products.
• Work in a constant, fast-paced environment.
• Stand for long periods.
• Assist with night shift cleaning as required.

We are a large gluten free food manufacturer which has been operating for over 20 years. As the gluten free market continues to expand we have experienced continual growth and recently moved to Luscombe to cater for the increasing demand. We are looking for someone who is motivated, energetic and willing to learn who wish to be part of our growing business

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in process line/food production line work is ESSENTIAL

Experience with fast paced work & continual flow

Accuracy with attention to detail

Outstanding punctuality & attendance

Reliable own transport

Tasks & responsibilities

Primarily packing biscuits into trays from moving conveyor belt

Visually checking quality of products

Ability to work in constant, fast paced environment

Physically fit to perform all duties including standing for long periods of time

Casual day shift process workers: 6am to 4pm (10hr shifts) Average 3 shifts per week; or

Full-time casual night shift cleaning: 4pm to 12am (8hr shifts) Mon-Thurs & 10am to 6pm on Fridays
