Job summary

Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor for our bar, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will lead a passionate hotel team, guiding service and beverage excellence with a focus on mixology and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing guest requests with warmth, and maintaining high standards across shifts. NSW RSA is essential, and availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in premium bar environments.
• Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and high-quality service.
• Great attention to detail and anticipating guest needs.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails and wines with a passion for mixology.
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc duties.
• Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and confident communication skills.
• NSW RSA essential.
• Available across weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor in our bar to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your passion is mixology, and you know your way around a drinks menu. You will assist in leading the team and creating a experience that keeps our guest wanting more.

You will collaborate with our guests by:

• Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
• Providing a warm and genuine service experience
• Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
• Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
