Qualifications

• Sales experience with business development and customer acquisition.
• Target-driven with ability to build relationships and solve operational challenges.
• Experience selling into food and beverage manufacturing environments is highly regarded (food safety, hygiene, sanitation, industrial chemicals, etc).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new food and beverage manufacturing customers across New South Wales.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across production, operations, engineering, quality, food safety and procurement.
• Conduct site assessments and identify opportunities to improve hygiene, sanitation and food safety outcomes.
• Present tailored solutions that deliver measurable operational and commercial value.
• Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
• Maintain market and competitor awareness to identify emerging opportunities.
