Accor's Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee the Restaurant, Café, Bar and Room Service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

You will lead the outlets team, coordinate events, roster staff, train new teammates, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions while maintaining brand standards and cost controls.

This role requires 2+ years in fast-paced F&B and a valid RSA; Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within a fast paced Food & Beverage operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the F&B outlets leadership team, providing ongoing support, training and development to team members.
• Operate the outlet’s shift operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controls with the Outlets Manager and Hotel leadership.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members to maintain brand standards and upselling culture.
• Meet and greet VIP clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Prepare, manage and assist in facilitating major events’ operational requirements.
• Coordinate rosters to ensure adequate staffing for events and busy periods.
• Handle client feedback promptly to deliver a positive outcome.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote F&B promotions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Food & Beverage expert, to join our team as Food & Beverage Duty Manager for Outlets. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth shift operation of the Restaurant, Cafe, Bar and Room Service, while ensuring a high level of guest and team satisfaction.

• You will form part of the Food & Beverage leadership team providing ongoing support,training and development toteam members.
• This is a dynamic role working in the outlet'soperations.
• Work closely with theFood & Beverage Outlets Manager,Director of Food & Beverage and Hotel Manager to support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controls
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members which a particular focus on ensuring we maintain brand standards and cultivate an upselling culture
• Meet and greet all VIP clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Prepare, manage and assist in facilitating major events operational requirements.
• Prepare and manageteam members for a smooth operation, including conducting briefings and ensuring grooming standards.
• Ensure rosters have adequate number of team membersfor future events.
• Effectively handle client feedback and provide a prompt positive outcome.
• Regular interactions with Sales & Marketing team, promoting current F&B promotions

• 2+ years’ experience within a fast paced Food & Beverage operations.
• Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry, with an innovative mindset.
• Strong focus and passion for hotel, food and beverageoperations, andguest satisfaction.
• Ability to excel within a busy operation and be able to multitask with a warm friendly approach
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of impeccable attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver successful operations.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
• Ability to facilitate corporate and social events.
• Must hold a valid RSA
