Job summary

Pullman East Melbourne is looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our renowned hotel. You will support both Cliveden Bar & Dining and banqueting operations, delivering exceptional service across dining experiences and events.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused demeanour.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Positive team player in fast-paced environments.
• Current RSA Certification.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings.
• Set up, operate, and pack down dining and function spaces.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them with care.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation during service.
• Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Create positive guest experiences with a welcoming attitude.
