Job summary

Pullman Cairns International, part of Accor's global network, is seeking a Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant in Cairns. You’ll work across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar, Pool Bar and event spaces, delivering guest-focused service in AM and PM shifts.

You’ll assist with set-up and service, upsell menu items, maintain cleanliness and present a welcoming atmosphere, while thriving in a fast-paced, premium 5-star hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork with a positive, can-do approach.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging service across restaurant, bar, poolside, and event spaces
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with setting up, operating, and packing down service and event areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a welcoming, positive culture
