Accor operates The Brewery Bar + Kitchen, a vibrant pub-style venue near Accor Stadium. This part-time Beverage Supervisor role focuses on supporting the Venue Manager to oversee daily operations and coaching across beverage, gaming, and restaurant areas to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

You will participate in major event activations, lead by example, and ensure compliance while building a strong, guest-focused team.

Formación

• Strong beverage knowledge across wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
• Hands-on, guest-focused, and passionate about developing your team.
• Confident leader with excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a pub or similar role is advantageous.
• Have full working rights in Australia.

Job Description

Brewery Bar + Kitchen represents good times, food, laughter and entertainment in a vibrant pub style, sports bar, located on the doorstep to Accor Stadium!

Reporting to the Venue Manager, our Beverage Supervisor supports our Venue Manager in supervising daily operations and team members of The Brewery, whilst ensuring high quality guest experiences are delivered.

In this Part-Time role, you will play a key role with major event activations, coach and support team members and ensure compliance across our beverage, gaming and restaurant areas.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends, public holidays and event days.
• RSA & RCG Competency Card.
• Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails
• Hands on, guest focused, and passionate about developing your team
• Confident leader with excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a pub or similar role is advantageous
• Have full working rights in Australia
