Accor in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking an energetic Bartender to deliver exceptional service at Bacar Restaurant. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and ensure smooth cash operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused bar environment.

We value flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to team teamwork. Prior premium cocktail bar experience is highly desirable.

Job Description

Our Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service whilst preparing and serving a range of beverage options, in our well-appointed Bacar Restaurant. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a friendly and personal welcome for guests, constantly attentive to their needs
• Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
• Promoting the bar offer and helping create a good atmosphere
• Taking orders, serving guests and handling cash operations..

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Sound work ethic, and willingness to be part of a fast-paced, service driven team
• One year work experience in premium cocktail bar is highly desirable
