Job summary

Accor's Bacar Restaurant at Sydney Olympic Park is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to deliver exceptional service and craft a range of beverages for our guests. You will welcome guests, take orders, and contribute to a lively bar atmosphere in a premium hotel setting.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, a RSA competency card, and prior experience in a premium cocktail bar is highly desirable. Join a vibrant, international hospitality team that values growth and guest connection.

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Sound work ethic and willingness to be part of a fast-paced, service-driven team.
• One year work experience in a premium cocktail bar is highly desirable.

Job Description

Our Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service whilst preparing and serving a range of beverage options, in our well-appointed Bacar Restaurant. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a friendly and personal welcome for guests, constantly attentive to their needs
• Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
• Promoting the bar offer and helping create a good atmosphere
• Taking orders, serving guests and handling cash operations..

• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Sound work ethic, and willingness to be part of a fast-paced, service driven team
• One year work experience in premium cocktail bar is highly desirable
