Tasmania in Sydney seeks hospitality professionals to deliver warm, high-level F&B service across multiple sites, including boardrooms and premium venues.

You will liaise with chefs, maintain hygiene standards and ensure impeccable VIP service in 5-star corporate settings. RSA required; 2–3 years F&B experience preferred. You’ll bring energy, flexibility and immaculate presentation.

• Ensuring the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion.

• Liaise with all team members, including chefs to access requirements for the day.

About the Candidate

• 2-3 years of F&B experience required.
• 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges. Highly regarded.
• You'll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• You'll have great energy, a flexible approach and immaculate presentation.
• A valid RSA.

Work Environment

$27.09 + 25% casual loading fee
