Qualifications

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is required.
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional service to guests.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders.
• Preparing and clearing tables.
• Assisting with breakfast, dinner, functions and events.
• Operating the POS and handling payments.
• Maintaining clean and organised food and beverage areas.
• Following responsible service and hotel procedures.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver an enjoyable dining experience for our hotel guests. Your duties may include:

• Providing friendly and professional service to guests
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders
• Preparing and clearing tables
• Assisting with breakfast, dinner, functions and events
• Operating the POS and handling payments
• Maintaining clean and organised food and beverage areas
• Following responsible service and hotel procedures
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
