Job summary

Mantra Hobart Airport is seeking reliable, friendly and customer-focused Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team in Hobart, TAS. Multiple positions are available with immediate starts.

If you enjoy hospitality, working with people and delivering great guest service, we would love to hear from you. The role involves delivering an enjoyable dining experience for hotel guests and supporting breakfast, dinner, functions, and events.

Qualifications

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is required.
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional service to guests.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders.
• Preparing and clearing tables.
• Assisting with breakfast, dinner, functions and events.
• Operating the POS and handling payments.
• Maintaining clean and organised food and beverage areas.
• Following responsible service and hotel procedures.
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
