Job summary

Novotel Sydney International Airport is seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage team member for either part-time or casual shifts. You will represent our service philosophy, help guests with menus, and support a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders using the POS, coordinating with the Kitchen, and upholding hygiene and safety standards. RSA is required; a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Food and Beverage.
• Ability to ask the right questions and listen to resolve issues and create Heartist Moments.
• Professional appearance and demeanour aligning with the brand.
• Previous food & beverage experience is desirable.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Hold a valid RSA.

Parental Leave

As staff member, you will receive 10 weeks paid parental leave at full salary for primary carer in addition to government-funded parental leave. Part-time and casual equivalent available on a pro-rata basis. In addition, Continuation of superannuation payments while on paid parental leave will remain.
