Job summary

Accor is hosting a Food & Beverage Attendant role at Mantra Pandanas in Darwin. You will warmly welcome guests, recommend dishes and beverages, and support event-style dining across outlets and functions.

ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, knowledge of food & beverage protocols, and flexibility across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. RSA certification is strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality customer service.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols including table service and coffee crafting.
• RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/territory.

Skills And Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
