Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service standards.
• Skilled in staff management, rostering, and basic financial oversight.
• Hands-on and proactive leadership style.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• RSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staff rosters, service quality, and venue presentation.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and end-of-day reports.
• Ensure full compliance with RSA and workplace safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
