Job summary

Frontline Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Front of House Supervisor who loves people and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll lead a motivated FOH team on the floor and ensure every guest leaves smiling.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll set service standards, work closely with the team, and maintain HACCP and sanitation standards while driving real career growth within the business.

• Experience leading teams within QSR or fast-food outlets.
• Confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy.
• Excellent customer service skills and a hands-on approach.
