City of Ryde is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) program and guide the Circular Economy efforts within the Council. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance skills to deliver waste reduction and sustainable outcomes for the Ryde community.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead resource recovery programs and teams.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders including regulatory agencies.
• Strong project management, budgeting and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of waste management practices and government policy frameworks.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery and community engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of FOGO programs.
• Drive resource recovery initiatives and behavioural change.
• Oversee contamination reduction and compliance initiatives.
• Provide specialist advice to management and manage operational risks.
• Contribute to Circular Economy Strategy and policy development.
