Job summary

Ellerslie Farms Group in Queensland is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator to join our on‑site team. Immediate start with potential permanency for the right candidate, you will help manage daily stock movements and loading, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires a current Forklift License and at least 2 years of FMCG warehouse experience. You should be comfortable with basic computer tasks and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Have a current Forklift License.
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG warehouse experience.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Can‑do attitude; work cooperatively to meet daily production.
• Be accountable for your work and deadlines.
• Thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the existing team to participate in the on-site roster, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
• Work in various areas of the FMCG warehouse.
• Communicate with Production to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
• Load trucks and consolidate loads.
• General warehouse duties including palletising.
• Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, and in accordance with established work practices and SOP's.
• Ensure all processes minimise waste and maximise productivity.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Participate in training to maintain high skill levels for required tasks.
• Understand and comply with workplace health and safety, quarantine and bio-security standards.
