Job summary

DA HALL & CO in Queensland’s Darling Downs region is hiring for an on-site FMCG warehouse role. You will join a stable team, participate in the 7 days per week roster, and help ensure efficient supply chain operations while maintaining safety and bio-security standards.

The ideal candidate has a current forklift license, at least 2 years in a fast-paced warehouse, solid computer skills, and a proactive, reliable attitude committed to meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Have a current Forklift License.
• Have a minimum 2 years experience in an FMCG warehouse environment using LF.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Have a "can do" attitude by working cooperatively and efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
• Be accountable for the work completed.
• Thrive in a busy and bustling work environment with strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Have an attention to detail to complete tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site roster, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
• Work in various areas of the FMCG warehouse.
• Communicate with Production to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
• Load trucks and consolidate loads.
• Perform general warehouse duties including palletising.
• Follow safety practices and SOPs for efficient operation.
• Minimise waste and maximise productivity.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to workplace health, bio-security standards.
