Job summary

Weir ESCO is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team based at Lytton, Queensland. You will ensure stock accuracy, smooth order fulfilment, and safe, efficient operations on a Monday–Friday roster, 7:00am–3:30pm, with onsite parking and uniforms provided.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of warehouse experience, a high-risk forklift license, and good computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word. Bonus points for Oracle experience and safety-system familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years warehouse experience.
• Valid high risk forklift license (counterbalance mandatory; high-reach preferred).
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with hand and battery-powered tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Safety first and adherence to zero-harm culture.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Book freight and organise domestic shipments.
• Operate forklifts and basic equipment safely.
• Maintain organised, clean and safe warehouse areas.
• Use systems to manage inventory and support workflow improvements.
