Job summary

Ellerslie Farms Group in Queensland seeks a hands-on warehouse operator to join the new production team. Immediate start with potential permanency for the right candidate, working Monday to Friday, handling loads and palletising while keeping safety and bio-security standards in mind.

You will ensure smooth supply chain processes through clear communication with Production, complete tasks efficiently, and help maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Have a current Forklift License.
• Have a minimum 2 years experience in a FMCG warehouse environment using LF.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Have a 'can do' attitude by working cooperatively and efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
• Be accountable for the work completed.
• Thrive in a busy and bustling work environment with strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Have an attention to detail to complete tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Working with the new production team from Monday to Friday.
• Completing warehouse tasks to ensure the continuity of the production requirements.
• Effective communication with Production to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
• Loading trucks and consolidating loads.
• General warehouse duties including palletising.
• Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, and in accordance with established work practices and SOP's.
• Ensure all processes minimise waste and maximise productivity.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Participate in the training provided to ensure a high level of skill and knowledge of the tasks required.
• Understand and comply with all workplace health and safety, quarantine and bio-security standards.
