Job summary

Top Cut Foods is seeking a Training Manager to join our Head Office in Ormeau and own site training and apprentice coordination across the plant. You will develop the competency matrix, conduct training needs analyses and build a future talent pipeline, ensuring compliance and effective onboarding for new hires.

You will report to leadership and establish the foundations of this function while collaborating with HR and operations to strengthen health and safety, quality and overall capability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in training, capability, learning and development or operational leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food services, logistics or a similar operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Induct site employees and own site training and apprentice coordination.
• Build the competency matrix, training needs analysis and future talent pipeline.
• Establish administrative foundations of the function and engage stakeholders across the business.
• Support Senior Leadership Team to strengthen workplace health and safety, quality and capability.
