Nestlé Health & Nutrition is seeking an Innovation & Renovation Manager to lead the Oceania portfolio and drive ideas from concept to launch across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage Stage Gate processes, and ensure delivery on time and within cost targets while aligning with Nestlé policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in science, project management or related field of study.
• 5+ years’ experience in FMCG and GMP environments.
• Developed understanding of food and GMP manufacturing.
• Knowledge of regulations such as FSANZ, TGA and Medsafe.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oceania Innovation & Renovation portfolio and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead the I2L Stage Gate process per governance and Ways of Working.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones, risks and launches on time and target cost of goods.
• Provide clear recommendations on commercial proposals, cost, service, capacity and project risk.
• Build relationships with global factories and local co-manufacturers to support product development and execution.
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to identify consumer, product and industry opportunities.
• Lead the Oceania sustainability agenda and regional roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Engineering, Quality and international Nutrition & Health teams.
• Travel to contract manufacturers in Victoria and Tasmania as needed.
