Nestlé Oceania seeks an Innovation & Renovation Manager to drive the portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead Stage Gate governance, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure launches are delivered on time and within target costs.

Reporting to the Business Application Manager, you will build stakeholder alignment, partner with global factories and support sustainability initiatives across the region.

Qualificações

• Degree in science, project management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in FMCG with Stage Gate knowledge.
• Knowledge of FSANZ, TGA and Medsafe regulations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across the supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Oceania Innovation & Renovation portfolio.
• Lead the I2L Stage Gate process and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones and launches.
• Partner with brand, marketing and manufacturing teams to deliver products.
• Travel to contract manufacturers in Victoria and Tasmania as needed.
