Job summary

Shping Inc. in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new FMCG client acquisition and strategic partnerships. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, build executive relationships and shape go-to-market strategies.

You’ll collaborate with the CEO and product team to translate market feedback into commercial models, pricing and campaigns, while managing a small portfolio of brand clients for recurring growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of acquiring new B2B customers and delivering sales results.
• Experience selling marketing, media or shopper solutions to FMCG brands.
• Strong outbound sales capabilities including pitching and closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new FMCG brand customers through cold calling and networking.
• Build relationships with brand managers and senior decision-makers.
• Present capabilities, tailor proposals and manage full sales cycle to close.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and own revenue targets.
