Job summary

Harness Energy is recruiting Floorhand / Motorhand for onshore oil and gas drilling. You will join a field team supporting drilling operations, pipe handling, equipment maintenance and safety processes on rotation.

Applicants should have 12 months of Oil & Gas experience, certs (Certificate II–Diploma in Onshore Drilling / Well Servicing), and be eligible to work in Australia or NZ with PR/citizenship. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience Offshore or Onshore working within the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience as Leasehand, Roughneck or exposure to the Drilling Rigs.
• Must have Full Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or PR.

Requirements:

To be successful within the Oil & Gas sector, you must have the following certifications or background to qualify for the RPL process, experience and work exposure Offshore or Onshore:

• Certificate II, III, IV & Diploma in Onshore Drilling / Well Servicing
• Minimum 12 months experience Offshore or Onshore working within the Oil & Gas Industry
• Strong history working as a Leasehand, Roughneck or exposure to the Drilling Rigs (Onshore, Offshore & Minerals)
• Experienced Rotational workers
• Maintaining and repairing equipment
• Site Safety & Cleanliness
• Assembling and Disassembling drill pipes
• Operating tongs
• Critical tools
