Tajima Yakiniku is seeking a Floor Supervisor & Restaurant Manager to lead a busy Sydney CBD Japanese BBQ restaurant. You will oversee service quality, train staff, manage rosters, and ensure guest satisfaction.

A hands-on leader with strong customer focus will thrive in our fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in supervisory roles in Asian or Japanese restaurants, experience with POS, and RSA certification, plus Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years supervisory or management experience in Asian restaurants
• Experience in Japanese restaurants preferred
• Proven ability to lead and train staff
• Flexible 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• RSA holders
