SEPHORA in Melbourne is seeking a Floor Manager who will act as a Senior Beauty Advisor, supporting the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will lead a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences across beauty categories.

This role requires strong management skills, with responsibilities including coaching and developing the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive store culture. Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members on the sales floor.
• Exceptional client service skills and passion for experiential retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and drive a selling culture to meet KPIs.
• Utilise reporting data for operational decisions.
