Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to shoppers.
• Assist in achieving store KPIs and fiscal targets through coaching and mentoring.
• Support daily retail operations including inventory control and cash handling.
