Job summary

Harvey Norman Macgregor is seeking a passionate Sales Floor Manager for the Technology & Entertainment team. You will lead a customer-focused sales floor, drive service excellence and maximise sales while coaching an enthusiastic team.

Experience in retail management with a strong sales track record and a high level of product knowledge in technology and entertainment is essential. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

The Harvey Norman MacgregorTechnology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Floor Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Sales Floor Manager, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Technology & Entertainment product knowledge to support customer queries
• Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
• Have the ability to maximise sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurateservices
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
