Harvey Norman Maitland Flooring Team in Rutherford is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team delivering Great Service, Always! to customers.

As a Salesperson, you will understand life at home solutions, measure, draw and read plans, and help customers choose flooring products while meeting store targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused retail business.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
• Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
• Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solvingExperience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
