Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division, delivering client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across settings. You will work with a diverse caseload, supporting communication and swallowing needs, and build meaningful relationships to support development and goals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration (or eligibility).
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments.
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments.
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans.
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations.
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions.
