Job summary

ORS is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division, delivering client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.

You will work with a diverse caseload, conducting communication and swallowing assessments, developing mealtime management plans, undertaking AAC assessments, and delivering therapy.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration (or eligibility).
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain.

Speech Pathologist – Join the ORS Team

ORS is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division. This is an opportunity to work within a national team of over 60 Speech Pathologists, delivering high-quality, client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across a variety of settings.

About The Role

As a Speech Pathologist at ORS, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting clients with a broad range of communication and swallowing needs. You will build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants and play a key role in supporting their development and achieving their goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conducting communication assessments
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions

You will provide services across multiple environments including homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
