Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division, supporting participants aged 0–65 across homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.

You will conduct communication and dysphagia assessments, develop mealtime management plans, deliver ongoing therapy, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals. Flexible hours and work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration (or eligibility).
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Relevant checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments.
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments.
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans.
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations.
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions.
