Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking several flexible SEND Teaching Assistants to work across local SEND Schools in Liverpool. This role offers the flexibility to pick and choose how many days you work, with hours 8.30am–3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will support pupils with diverse needs, provide emotional and behavioural support and help develop life skills in a collaborative school setting. DBS checks and safeguarding are required per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
• Ability to provide emotional support and manage behaviour.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils emotionally, socially and academically.
• Help break down barriers to learning and develop life skills.
• Work with staff to create a calm, engaging learning environment.
• Assist with personal care as required.
