WorkFocus is hiring allied health professionals to assess clients, develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans and return-to-work strategies. You will design intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence, and collaborate with clients, families, medical teams, and employers to remove barriers.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to travel; valid vehicle and driver’s licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high customer service standards.
• Good time management and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking assessments to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
• Designing and delivering intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
• Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return-to-work strategies.
• Identifying barriers and implementing evidence-based solutions.
• Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
• Collaborating with clients, families, medical teams, employers and other stakeholders.
