Job summary

LiveBig is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our clinician-led team in Brisbane South, Logan and Ipswich. The role supports people with disability with therapy, assessments and PBS services across Australia.

Applicants must be currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. We offer strong clinical supervision, flexible work arrangements and generous professional development supports.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive behaviour and functional assessments
• Developing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
• Delivering person-centred, capacity-building strategies
• Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Managing appointments and caseload responsibilities effectively
• Delivering services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation
